1. Ownership

The webshop is owned by DecoKor, a Danish firm.


2. Prices and more

Our customers can choose carrency (DKK, EUR, USD, SEK or NOK). Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside Denmark, it is your responsibility to pay import duties that may be added.

We retain the right to refuse an order for whatever reason we may have.


3. Return Policy

We follow the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven, LBK nr 237 af 28/03/2003). Return the goods to us within 14 days from delivery date, if you are not satisfied with them. We will refund the sales price, when you have returned the goods in salable condition. Please note that you as a customer must cover all return, shipping, and exchange costs.


For items purchased online we offer 2 return options for your convenience:

) If you would like to have your merchandise exchanged, please contact DecoKor Customer Service at +(45)-506-301-56. Our hours are Monday-Friday: 8am -16pm. In some cases return and/or exchange delivery fees may apply. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.

) If you would like return your item(s) that were purchased online via Parcel, please  complete this form  and send the package(s) back to DecoKor adress: Kanaltorvet 8, 1-2 2620 Albertslund, Denmark. Please be sure to include a copy of your Order Confirmation in the return package.


4. Trademark, texts, photos, and design

DecoKor owns the webshop’s trademark, photos, texts, and some of designs. You are free to use photos, if you credit us with linking to the webshop. The trademark is protected by International and Danish Copyright and other Intellectual Property laws.
